Can I pay by credit or debit card?A – Yes, bookings can be made over the phone or by post and we accept most major credit and debit cards.
What is the maximum number of people allowed on a pitch?
A – Our maximum number is six. On the rare occasion that more than six want to stay on a pitch, it is up to the Park Manager’s discretion.
Are we allowed to bring a b-b-q with us?
A – Yes, as long as the b-b-q is raised off the grass / ground.
What happens if I arrive late?
A -We prefer not to site customers onto their pitches after dark. If you arrive late please report to the reception / park warden who will give you guidance on where to park up for the evening.
A – At Flower of May customers can choose between 4 or 6 berth luxury hire caravans.
I have booked to stay in one of your hire caravans; do I need to bring my own linen and towels?
A – Yes, you need to bring towels, tea towels, sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers with you.
Can I bring my dog on holiday with me?
A – Yes, 1 dog is allowed at Flower of May, Rosedale and Fir Tree Park and 2 dogs are allowed at Riverside Meadows. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and always cleaned up after.
Can you park next to your pitch?
A – There is one parking space beside each pitch; customers who bring additional vehicles will be required to park them in the car park (chargeable)
We have young children, what are your rules regarding late night noise?
A – We have a policy on all our parks that there should be no loud noise after midnight.
Do all your parks have swimming pools?
A – No, there are indoor heated swimming pools on Flower of May and Fir Tree Park.
Are there camping and touring pitches on all your parks?
A – Flower of May, Rosedale and Riverside Meadows offer both touring and camping pitches, whist Fir Tree Park offers seasonal touring pitches only.
