There are front opening doors from the lounge which give you simple access to the extended living space. The glass fronted decking looks superb and the additional space for alfresco dining and enjoying the summer sun is fabulous.

Inside, the living area is closed off from the kitchen giving a varied layout from most holiday homes. There is a comfortable sofa which has a chaise long to one end and a big arm chair opposite. The main sofa also folds out for an occasional bed, should you have extra family or friends coming to stay over.

The modern electric fireplace is a great focal point, with waved mirrors above and space for personal touches such as family photos. Also included in the living room is a  TV stand an modern, curved coffee table, plus superb cupboard space in the lounge with mirror-backed shelving.

Simple, yet effective, the kitchen space is ample, with the added benefit of a suspended ‘breakfast bar’ style counter adding additional worktop space. The oven and gas hob has an over-head extractor, while there is a creative dining area with chunky chairs. The kitchen also has an integrated fridge-freezer included.

The main bedroom has a host of great features including an en-suite WC. There is a superb wall of wardrobe space with mirror fronted cupboard doors, and drawers underneath. There is also a good-sized dressing table with more hanging and drawer space to the side of that. The twin room currently has a bunk-style bed in, with a tall wardrobe at one end of the room.
