Complete registration documents before you visit or download the NHS COVID-19 app
Anyone staying on the park needs to complete this form which details the names and contact numbers of each guest. This is a government requirement in line with their track and trace. This must be done on each visit, including for owners and seasonal tourers.
From 24th September, you can also download the NHS COVID-19 app, and scan our unique QR code to ‘check-in’ without having to fill out the form online or in person. Find out more here >
You can; download the document to print at home and post outside reception in the box provided, complete the online version of the form, or forms are provided outside each reception for you to complete.
Maintain social distancing
Please observe the government’s social distancing guidance that is currently in operation at all times. This maintains safe procedures for all our other guests and staff.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while staying with us, including on the play areas.
What facilities are open?
In line with government regulations and safety measures, the following applies to the facilities:
|Shower blocks||Swimming pools & leisure centres|
|Outdoor play areas (with parental supervision)||Arcades|
|Reception/offices||Restaurants (GW & FT)|
|Open on reduce hours and/or with social distancing measures in place|
|Fish and Chip shop (Flower of May only)|
|Cafe (FOM only - takeaway only)|
|Bars (Flower of May, Goosewood, Fir Tree & Riverside Meadows)|
This is subject to change as the government amends their advice and regulations and as we feel we are able to open these facilities in a safe manner.
