Important information: Our parks are now closed

COVID19 – 22nd May 2020

With the Bank Holiday weekend almost upon us, we would respectfully remind customers that all of our parks remain fully closed and access to holiday homes and caravans is not permitted.

Although a date for re-opening has yet to be confirmed, we are looking at the latest government guidelines while planning and adapting so that we are prepared to open with the appropriate social distancing in place. The safety of our customers and staff remains a priority.
We continue to adhere to the current guidance issued by the Government and are following updates as they are released so please keep visiting our website as we will regularly post updated information.

Pitch Fees & Seasonal Tourer Fees Update: 15th May 2020

Many have asked about the second payment of pitch fees and seasonal tourer fees due on 1st June. The decision has been made to extend this due date to 1st July by which time we would hope to have been able to confirm a date for the parks re-opening.

Once this date has been confirmed we will then be in a position to assess the full impact on the season and look at the 2020 fees and will then contact customers directly.

In the meantime, please be assured that you holiday home or touring caravan remains safe and secure and that we will continue to provide updates as the situation changes and lockdown restrictions are lifted.

Again, may we thank you for your continued support during these exceptional times.

Update regarding Static and Seasonal Pitch Fees – 29th April 2020

Firstly, may we thank you for the understanding and support shown during these unprecedented and challenging times.

On 24th March when the Government placed the country on lockdown, necessary measures were taken to help stop the spread of Coronavirus and all our Parks closed immediately. The Parks remain closed and we are waiting for further guidance from the Government.

We understand that you will have concerns regarding Pitch Fees and Seasonal Tourer Pitch Fees. We do want to respond fairly and reasonably to the situation in which you have been placed, as soon as we have a better idea of how long the current closure is likely to continue, we will communicate with you further. Please be assured that once we are able to, we will contact customers directly.

At the moment we only have a small number of the team working from home, ensuring our basic Head Office business functions are still running and that we continue to pay our key suppliers and of course our employees. This team are also responding to all email and telephone enquiries, and this may be slower than we would like. We appreciate that this may be frustrating for some but ask that you just be patient and bear with us.

In the meantime, please stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Graham Atkinson
Managing Director
