The large decking to the side enhances the living space further. You can enjoy summer evenings on the decking, watching the sun go down while relaxing with a book, a drink of your favourite, or just dining alfresco.
The contemporary, handle-free cupboard doors, linen finish sink with mixer tap and laminate style vinyl flooring give the kitchen a modern feel, while also being practical for your cooking and entertaining needs. Set just off the kitchen and between the lounge area, is the dining area. The fixed dinette seating comes with two upholstered stools and a free standing dining table.
The bedrooms in the 35×12 Mistral comprise of one double room and one twin room. The family shower room has a shower enclosure with thermostat controlled shower, a dual flush and eco-friendly WC, the wash basin is stylishly mounted on the vanity unit and the laminate style vinyl flooring makes it easy and practical to keep dry and clean.
Additionally, the holiday home is aluminium cladded, it has a steel chassis with protective coating, energy efficient PVCu double glazed windows and doors, plus steel pantile roof sheets giving a modern look. Internally there are stylish vaulted ceilings, gas central heating and under floor insulation to keep you toasty and warm.
