This holiday home makes an ideal retreat whether you want to enjoy the stunning Yorkshire Coast or the tranquility of the countryside just outside York. With 3 bedrooms it is ideal for a larger family or those wanting to have guests to stay often. Complete with double glazing and central heating too, this makes a superb getaway for a family or couple.

There is chunky, L-shaped seating in the lounge which provides a relaxing space to unwind when away on your holidays. It’s set around a gas fire place with inset shelving which provides a great option to personalise your holiday home with family pictures over time, many of which may be taken when visiting your new holiday home!

The open plan nature of the holiday home means everyone can enjoy spending time together. The kitchen is also L-shaped and make the most of the space which keeps clean lines and open space throughout. Cream cupboard fronts are offset nicely by the dark wood effect units and dark worktops to give a modern and warming feel to the kitchen. There is also an integrated fridge-freezer on the opposite side of the kitchen to the L-shaped worktops.

Set to the side of the kitchen is a free-standing dining table and chairs which allows everyone get to around the table and sit down together for a family meal.

The bedrooms comprise of a double room and two twin rooms. All rooms have over-bed storage and with 3 bedrooms this holiday home is ideally suited for a larger family or those wanting to have friends over to holiday with them.

The family shower room has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
