About this holiday home

This modern, stylish holiday home provides a stunning escape at The Lighthouse where you can enjoy tranquility of the coastal park for 10 months of the season. There is double glazing, central heating, 3 bedrooms, front opening patio doors, an en-suite WC and many more features in this superb holiday home.

The lounge features a contemporary TV stand, with shelving above and to the side. A rectangular electric fire underneath and drawers for additional storage. It makes a great space for personalising your holiday home with family pictures and other keepsakes.

Patio doors to the front open out on to a large decking which is perfect for enjoying the summer months and enhances the natural light that floods in to the holiday home. An L-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating around the TV stand with an additional armchair to the side.

If you need additional sleeping space, there is a fold out bed from the sofa which will give you added capacity for family or friends. USB sockets in the lounge mean you can charge your phones and devices without taking up a vital plug socket.

In the kitchen, the L-shaped kitchen has 40mm worktops with matching up stands. There is ample cupboard space both above and below the worktop, all with the added touch of soft close hinges. There is an integrated microwave and fridge-freezer included, as well as a gas hob, oven and grill which has an over-head extractor too.

The fixed, dinette seating in the dining area is great for getting the whole family around the dinner table, or entertaining guests, with wrap around seating to two sides and a bench on the other.

Moving back in to the main bedroom, there is an en-suite WC and wash basin which is mounted on shelving and has a cupboard above. The comfortable main bed has a lift up mechanism which will allow extra storage space, as well as a large wardrobe and drawers to one side. There is also a dressing table with upholstered stool.

One of the twin rooms has a shelf above the bed, a bedside table between the beds and a tall wardrobe to the end of one of the single beds. There is also a small vanity area in the first twin room. The second twin room has an over-hanging cupboard for storage.

In the family shower room, there is a large shower enclosure with mixer shower. A wash basin mounted on a cupboard with mirrored cupboard above, a heated towel rail and a WC.

You are also provided with a years with of WiFi data, where the equipment is pre-installed ready for you to take over the holiday home, there is an aerial fitted and you have a barrier pass included too.

Overall, this makes a superb holiday home with high quality touches which make this a home-from-home for a family or couple.
