The L-shaped sofa in the corner of the lounge provides ample seating for everyone to relax across from the TV stand and gas fire. If you want to have extra guests over to stay, the sofa folds out in to an occasional bed. There are also display cupboards above the TV stand which are handy for extra storage and there is plenty of space around to personalise this holiday home with your own family pictures and keepsakes.
There is decking included with the Rio and this really extends the living space of the holiday home, ideal for enjoying the summer sun, and you also have a storage box included too.
In the opposite corner to the sofa is the dining area which has fixed seating to the corner and two wooden chairs so everyone can sit around the table and have a family meal together.
The galley kitchen is also practical, with enough worktop space for preparing a meal. There is cupboard space both above and under the worktop so you have plenty of space for your pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. There is space for a microwave above the cooker and a space for an under-counter fridge freezer too.
The bedrooms comprise of a double room and twin room. The main room has a large built in wardrobe and storage above the bed. There is also an en-suite WC with wash basin, ensuring queues for the bathroom are kept to a minimum. The twin room is slightly bigger than most twin rooms with shelving above each bed, a bedside table in the middle and a tall wardrobe at the bottom of one of the beds.
