About this holiday home
Ideally located on the lakeside at Goosewood Holiday Park, this Willerby Boston Lodge provides a stunning holiday home with views to match. It has double glazing, central heating and decking, plus much more!
At 40×20 there is plenty of space throughout. The lounge has front opening doors which open out on to an L-shaped decking which overlooks the lake. With an 11 month season you can enjoy regular holidays throughout the season! Meanwhile, back inside, there are three two-seater relaxing sofas set around a wall mounted TV with a stylish electric fire underneath.
The kitchen is well equipped should you want to cook in your holiday home. There is a U-shaped counters looking over towards the living area and a wall unit behind which means you have a home-from-home kitchen. There is a full wall of cupboards which includes an integrated washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, grill and oven plus counter space for a toaster and kettle.
The U-shaped kitchen has a cooking hob with extractor fan above, which gives a modern and luxurious touch. There is additional under-counter cupboards and a up-stand to the back of the hob.
Set just off the kitchen is a free-standing table with 4 chairs which provides a great place to sit down as a family to eat, or entertain guests.
In the bedrooms, there are two spacious rooms. The main room has an en-suite shower room, with wash basin and WC which gives some added privacy. At first glance this bedroom appears to be lacking storage, but there is a walk in wardrobe which has lots of draws, hanging space and shelving for your holiday clothes. The twin room is more spacious than a standard holiday home twin room, and also has a walk in wardrobe and wall mounted TV.
The main bathroom has a bath, with over-head shower and splash screen. The wash basin is mounted on a vanity unit with mirror above and WC to the side.
Overall, this lodge provides a great option for those looking at lodge owners but are interested in pre-owned, an ideal upgrade for an existing owner or someone looking for a luxury holiday home.
