This holiday home provides a modern, luxury getaway by the coast near Bridlington, with a family-friendly park to boot. Your holiday home also comes with WiFi installed and your first year of data included, a TV aerial installed and barrier fob provided. Located on The Anchorage development, you can enjoy the benefits of an owners-only, exclusive enclosure, while using the facilities on the main park which is just across the road. It also benefits from an 11 month season, in contrast to the main park which has a 9 month season.
The lounge feels open and spacious, especially with the patio doors open and the summer breeze drifting in. Step outside on to the L-shaped decking to enjoy the summer sun whether you are reading a book, eating or just sipping your favourite drink.
Back inside, the U-shaped sofa is set around the TV stand and electric fire, with mirror above and a coffee table in front. There is plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family to sit back and relax with your favourite TV show, movies or Netflix series.
Black worktops in the kitchen contrast superbly with the white, gloss fronted cupboards. There is an integrated microwave, gas oven, hob and grill. On the opposite side of the kitchen there is a tall, 60/40 fridge-freezer with a free-standing dining table and chairs allowing you to entertain or eat together.
The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite with WC and wash basin for a little extra privacy, there is also a large wardrobe, vanity area and cupboard space around the bed, which has a stylish headboard. The twin room has matching headboards with shelving and cupboards above for additional storage.
The shower room has a WC with vanity unit mounted wash basin which has a mirrored cupboard above, with a large shower enclosure.
