BAR COMPLEX SERVING FOOD
Our bar complex has a family lounge and adults only lounge, so you can enjoy a drink in the bar. We also serve food so you can grab a bite to eat too. Menu correct as of 2018.
Enjoy holiday entertainment on weekends in our bar complex, with something for the adults and families throughout the year. During the school holidays there is additional entertainment to keep everyone laughing and singing along!
Our games arcade keeps the kids entertained for hours. Play the various arcade games, have a game of pool or try your luck on the 2p pushers!
Outdoor play area
The outdoor play area is great for kids of all ages. Climb, swing and spin around the various equipment and let off some steam. There is also a grassy football pitch for kids to kick around on!
On-park mini market
The on-park mini market stocks all the essentials you need should you have forgotten to pack some bread, milk or other convenience items. There are also a number of local supermarkets nearby.
Perfect for those staying for longer periods, whether in your touring caravan or holiday home. No need to bring suitcases of clothes each time, just make use of the on-park laundrette.
Dog exercise area
You and the dog can stretch your legs in our dog exercise area. It's a great space to let your four-legged friend have some fun and exercise.

Our superb location makes us a popular choice for holiday home owners and seasonal tourers due to the ease of access to some of most popular attractions and area highlights on offer. For families looking for holiday homes by the sea you really are spoiled for choice at Fir Tree. Bridlington Sands is an award winning beach with golden sand. Danes Dyke Beach is great for exploring and you may even find some fossils! Filey Beach is a 5 mile stretch of golden sands or Hornsea which is great for exploring and collecting shells.More on beaches
The Queen of the Yorkshire coast, lies just 30 minutes from Bridlington. The main focus to holiday makers is the golden stretch of beach which visitors flock to during the summer months. Picturesque Scarborough Castle dominates the coastal skyline and makes for an interesting day out.
Just a short distance from Scarborough is the traditional English seaside resort of Filey. A holiday hotspot since the Victorian era, Filey offers golden sands and a fishing harbour village with quaint shops and cafes. Take in the beautiful views of Filey Bay or enjoy a coastal walk along the cliff top to Bempton Cliffs or Flamborough Head.
If your looking for fun seaside activities for the kids then look no further than a day out to Bridlington. The beachside promenade is packed with kids rides and amusements or you can show off you sand castle making skills on either of Bridlington’s two award winning beaches. The harbour town bustles in the summer months with the increase in tourists.
Home to over 200,000 sea birds the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs offers spectacular coastal views and is perfect for those with keen eye for bird watching. The reserve has some great events and activities for children to get involved in and look out for the Backpack days which are popular with visitors.

Located at the bottom of the road Fir Tree Park is on, Sewerby Hall and Gardens has a small zoo attached to the house and gardens. There is a land train that runs from here toward Bridlington too.
BONDVILLE MODEL VILLAGE
There are over 200 buildings including a castle, ruined Abbey and Harbour; see the villagers going about their everyday lives. Watch the train pull its carriages round the village and across the river where fishing boats and cruisers are moored - all in miniature!
Whether you enjoy rollercoasters or a more relaxed day out in the zoo, all ages can enjoy themselves at Flamingo Land.
