Owners love to swim and splash in our indoor pool. With a separate pool for toddlers too, the whole family can enjoy themselves!
Kick back and relax around one of our 3 fishing lakes. There is one on the main park and two on the Green Acres and Lake View development for owners on that part of the park.
Our modern lounge bar has just been extended due to the popularity of the park. Enjoy a tasty meal or just come along and enjoy a relaxing drink in the bar.
We offer a complimentary WiFi service that enables you to browse website and pick up your emails. Owners can also upgrade for their own personal connection called Direct to Van (DTV) which provides a faster speed for multiple devices.
Outdoor Play Area
Our super-fun outdoor play area has something for children of all ages. For those who like basketball and football, you can play to your hearts content in the multi-court.
Need to grab something for breakfast or out of milk? Our on-park, licensed mini market has all necessities!

Dare you walk the dungeons? – Experience the ultimate thrill-filled journey through York’s murky past. With live role-play, special effects, laughter, screams and theatre a trip to York Dungeons is both a fun, frightful and facinating walk through York’s history.
The Shambles is a street in the city centre of York with a long and intersting past. Dating back to Medieval times it was once the street of butchers shops. Today The Shambles is home to a wide range of boutique shops including designers clothes, gifts and souveniers.
Every night there are a wide number of different Ghost Walks that guide you through the centre of York. The old passageways (Snickleways) of York and old medieval buildings make for a really spooky atmosphere and great fun for the whole family.
WALK THE WALLS
You can view York from a different perspective, by following the historic walls. The walks cover 2 miles, but you can pick and choose which bits to follow, with information available along the way.
